Return & Refund Policy

We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Product Checking Policy
◼ Customers must check the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.
◼ If you find any defect, damage, wrong item, or quality issue, you may return the product immediately while the delivery person is present.
◼ Once the delivery personnel leaves, no return, exchange, or complaint will be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Conditions
A product is eligible for return only if:
◼ It is checked in front of the delivery person
◼ It has manufacturing defects, damage, or is incorrect
◼ It is unused and in original condition
◼ Returns requested after delivery completion will not be considered.

Refund Policy (Advance Payment Orders)
◼ If a customer places an order using advance payment (not Cash on Delivery) and returns the product at the time of delivery due to a valid issue:
◼ The refund will be processed within 3 working days
◼ The refund will be made to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery Orders
◼
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not applicable.
◼ Returned products under COD orders will simply be canceled at the time of delivery.
