Product Checking Policy
Customers must check the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. If you find any defect, damage, wrong item, or quality issue, you may return the product immediately while the delivery person is present. Once the delivery personnel leaves, no return, exchange, or complaint will be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Conditions
A product is eligible for return only if: It is checked in front of the delivery person It has manufacturing defects, damage, or is incorrect It is unused and in original condition Returns requested after delivery completion will not be considered.
Refund Policy (Advance Payment Orders) If a customer places an order using advance payment (not Cash on Delivery) and returns the product at the time of delivery due to a valid issue: The refund will be processed within 3 working days The refund will be made to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery Orders For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not applicable. Returned products under COD orders will simply be canceled at the time of delivery.
