  • In case of advance payment, a full refund will be issued if we cancel the order.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in local currency and are subject to change without notice.

  • We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment options.

  • Advance payments must be completed successfully to confirm the order.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather, courier service, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

6. Product Checking & Acceptance

  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

  • If any defect, damage, or wrong item is found, the product must be returned immediately while the delivery person is present.

  • Once the delivery personnel leaves, the order will be considered accepted, and no complaints, returns, or exchanges will be entertained.

7. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are only applicable at the time of delivery and in front of the delivery person.

  • For advance payment orders, refunds will be processed within 3 working days after a valid return.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation requests after confirmation may not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

9. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including address and contact number.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
